Monday Reception

All registrants are invited to the opening reception, which will be held at the end of the afternoon sessions. The conference registration desk will be open during the reception.

Wednesday Conference Banquet

The conference banquet will be a dinner cruise on the Thames. It is included in the registration fee for those attending the full conference. Extra tickets, at £80, may be purchased for guests and one-day or two-day registrants.

Extra Conference Proceedings

For those attending all or part of the main conference (Tuesday through Thursday), the registration fee includes one copy of the proceedings, either printed or on a USB drive. All attendees may order extra copies on the registration form. An early order will help ensure that enough printed copies are produced.
